Entrust TEFL trainees train Thai nurses and Caregivers job specific English Skills.
Entrust TEFL sits on the board of directors of the ‘Non-formal Private Education Association’, an organization formally sanctioned by the Thai Ministry of Education and Teachers’ Council to provide secondary level English language education for professional purposes. Not least in need are nurses and caregivers who require English speaking skills to communicate with foreigners in hospitals and medical clinics in Thailand and abroad. Under these auspices Entrust therefore delivered a full-time 12-week program to nurses and caregivers, with 8 weeks in the classroom at the Entrust training center in Chiang Mai, followed by 4 weeks of practical ‘on the job training in local hospitals. Upon graduation students received official transcripts and completion certificates qualifying them to find employment at medical institutions across Thailand. real teaching observation and practice
